In my wildest dreams there’s a Beatles tribute night at Poetica. In a beautiful theatre with brilliant sound and staging and gorgeous lighting. There’s my favourite performers singing songs with their own little imprint on them. And the night is called Blackbird 🐦‍⬛ – the song that grabbed me fiercely and lovingly as a teenager watching three teenage boys sing it in three part harmony at a school concert. A song I would later sing to my babes in arms as a lullaby in the night hours.
