POETICA – The Beach that Speaks
A night of poetry, spoken word, story and song.
A spectacular celebration of Poetica’s 5th birthday, at the newly reopened Bondi Pavilion. Poetica Founder Miriam Hechtman, curates this unmissable evening featuring performances by poets and musicians inspired by the call of the ocean. This Saturday night, 24 September at 7pm.
Poetica began in September 2017 at Gertrude and Alice Bookstore in Bondi. What started as a very intimate night for 40 people has now blossomed into a growing community of hundreds, who meet for open mic nights and tribute events across Sydney.
