AND here they are … The Alphabet of Women. So very proud of this lot! The book is OUT today It’s been a big journey as all great journeys are. From one P poem spreading its wings out to reach the others, the alphabet was built letter by letter, poet by poet. The Poetica community embraced this little beast from day 1 and then the wonderful people at Ginninderra Press accepted it for publication. And even before the book we performed the whole thing just before the first lockdown in March 2020, then again on zoom April 2020. Covid never stopped us. Then Bondi Festival included us twice in their festival which was then cancelled twice. Did that stop us? Nope. Mark your diaries for the launch on International Women’s Day March 8. We are here.
